These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of Kirkya Apps and all its associated services ("Platform"). Kirkya Apps is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

• These terms may be updated at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of any updated terms.

• Kirkya Apps reserves the right to refuse service to any user for any reason.

Registration & Account Creation

To register on Kirkya Apps, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• If your account is compromised, notify Kirkya Apps immediately.
• Identity verification via National ID (NID) is mandatory before processing any withdrawal.

Kirkya Apps is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

• You must confirm that you are 18 or older at the time of registration.
• Kirkya Apps may request your NID or birth certificate for age verification at any time.
• Providing a false age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has been using an account, they should notify us immediately.

Bet Acceptance & Processing

A bet placed on Kirkya Apps is only considered valid once confirmed by our system. Bets are not accepted until a confirmation message is received.

• Odds may change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Kirkya Apps is not liable for bets voided due to internet disconnection during live betting.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned to your balance.
• Kirkya Apps reserves the right to void any bet placed due to incorrect information on the scorecard.
• If any event in a combination bet is cancelled, the odds for that leg will be reduced to 1.00.

Maximum Bet Limit

Kirkya Apps supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Using a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit ৳300. Minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• No fees are charged on deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours, depending on your VIP tier.
• Any transaction suspected of money laundering may be temporarily frozen.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For deposit-related issues, make sure to keep your bank or MFS transaction receipt.

All bonuses, promo codes, and vouchers on Kirkya Apps have their own terms. Claiming a bonus constitutes automatic acceptance of the associated terms.

• The wagering requirement (WR) for each bonus is set individually and is clearly stated on the bonus page.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only — redeemable once.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the WR may result in the cancellation of your bonus balance.
• Kirkya Apps reserves the right to close any account found to have misused bonuses.
• When your VIP tier changes, the associated bonus rate will be updated automatically.
• Voucher codes cannot be used after their expiry date — no exceptions.

Kirkya Apps believes betting is a form of entertainment. We encourage all members to play responsibly and provide various tools to help keep you in control.

• Deposit Limits — set your own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your own account at any time.

Kirkya Apps reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following cases:

• Violations of terms — particularly creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in fraud.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system loopholes.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Being underage or using another person's account.
• Access from a jurisdiction where betting is prohibited by law.

If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it — however, this does not apply in cases of terms violations.

• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
